We look to invest in companies with annual revenues between $500,000 and $5,000,000 dollars.
Sometimes it’s who you know. We have access to a large national network of specialty food and beverage distributors and brokers ready to help accelerate sales.
We structure our investment partnership agreements between a combination of available cash, and in the form of equity, warrants or options. Once we create an agreeable financial alignment, we then get to work.
This is where we get together to learn what is really happening with your business. We will dig in and uncover ways to take your business to the next level.
We then work with you to create a detailed business plan specifically for your company.
